COCKROACHES! Road is full of potholes. Shabby lots that aren't picked up. Many lots don't keep up on mowing either. Lot rent has increased alot since new ownership and another increase planned. Not worth the almost $400 monthly lot rent.
The road is way too narrow and dangerous to drive on when kids are out because parking is on the road also on both sides. Make sure you pay attention while driving through. Kids run out from between the cars a lot
