Dr Barnes has been my physician for 6 yrs. My first contact with her was a phone call because it was 2020,and before she ever knew me, she wanted to drop me as a patient. I actually have only seen her once at all my appointments. It was mostly the PAs. And recently, I received a letter from her, because she is apparently upset that I am moving out of state. She referred me to the New York physician 's referral service. Obviously, she can't even read, because my new Dr. is in Florida. So glad I never have to see her again.
Horrible doctor and Horrible staff
Met Dr. Karaga and his staff for the first time. Had a very nice visit and am glad to have a new doctor. He listened to my concerns and I agreed to comply with his suggestions. So fortunate to find such a friendly and caring doctor.
Very disappointed in service no covering physicians on weekends evenings 3rd party coverage my husband had a recurring issue waiting 72 hours for phone apt that lasted all of 10 minutes only to result in the same treatment being ordered As the previous 10 times or so that he has had for this issue requested to be contacted by office manager still waiting for return call already have contacted other care providers to switch practices would not recommend this practice again very disappointing sad to say the least
I was a patient at the Southgate Medical Group for 25 to 30 years. Well, things have changed. No longer do they see you as a patient, but, just another paycheck. They treat you as a number, NOT a human being. Don't ask questions, don't get upset when they are rude and uncaring. At one time they were great, but, the old school of Physicians there have left and those in charge feel it is their way or the highway?
