Not a walk in clinic
The staff here are efficient, kind, and incredibly hard workers!
The best STAFF EVER! I am not sure what Polina is talking about but I have never had that experience before, the staff is very generous and very thoughtful, and the doctors are incredible!
Soooo bad service, very bad attitude towards patients, terrible unfriendly employees, unqualified employees who do not know what services they can provide, and which they have no right to!!! They send bills for no-show, when I did not make an appointment, did not even receive any notifications of messages or email, but received a bill of 30 CAD for no-show. If you are late for 2-5 minutes, then be prepared that the doctor will not see you earlier than an hour later
