I had my LDV van serviced at Southgate LDV last week. The service was 15,000 km. I was far from impressed when I paid the account $760 including GST for a standard service. When I queried this with the service manager he agreed it was expensive and asked how he could improve my experience . My reply was the best way to improve my experience is to get my van serviced elsewhere. The van was also booked in under warranty as the fuel flap remains open at all times.
