I came in for a test drive today and had a wonderful experience. Sophie (according to what she said)is incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Though w e are still deciding, highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible experience with this LDV Reynella. Took my ute in for a diagnostic test. Was told I need a part costing 2k. The same issue occurred weeks later. Was then told if it was the same issue, it will be rectified under warranty. Only for them to hold my vehicle for a month with Absolutely atrocious and rude communication from the receptionists that work there. Appalling customer service. Left us waiting for a month before even diagnosing the vehicle, to then charge of $1.5k+ For the needed parts, to then leave us weeks with no update, no hire car and left to pay for 10+ Ubers and rely on family to transport us to work. No apologies for delays, no check ins on duration of the holding of our car. Receptionist was dismissive, condescending and overall disgusting customer service.
