I signed a contract with Reynella Haval GWM, and John assured me the car was ordered. When I tried to negotiate a better discount and a fairer deal, they completely changed their stance and canceled my order without any proper explanation. Over two weeks, I wasted my time chasing John, who was unprofessional, unresponsive, and dismissive. I called GWM Haval multiple times to speak to John or a manager, but I was ignored completely. Avoid Southgate GWM – Terrible Experience I drove over 5 hours round trip to view a Cannon XSR after booking ahead. On arrival, I was told to wait, and when the vehicle was finally brought around it was filthy – covered in dirt, dust, and bird droppings outside, with the inside not much better. Their excuse? “It’s the service manager’s car.” That doesn’t stop you from cleaning it before a serious customer arrives.
