Southgate Estates, now known as Cardinal Ridge by several lawyers. The company has been taking residents to court causing 300 to 500 dollars,added to your late rent. This causes you to get well behind, plus late fees every month. Many people have been evicted because of this, including me. They will not take partial payments and work with you they just keep adding to your rent. As well as taking you to court several times. Looking for a place to live??? Then dont even visit this hole in the wall. Its ghetto from the cracked streets to the crackheads on staff. Before we found out the hard way we actually bought a mobile home there. Not bad at first, until maintenance broke into our home, charged us for stuff that we did claiming they did the work. Full of a bunch of trashy wanna-be gangsta wiggers and apparently the inbred biker gang has a death grip on management. Is there a law against organized crime in this town? This trailer court has gone to the lowest of lows. It is full of bikers, gangs, drugs, or Wanna Bes! Get it together management or get out. What a way to represent!
