Took my elderly mother in to get some dental work done. She’s new to the city. Paula and her team took incredible care of her like she was family. Thank you so much for the great work you did and how comfortable you made her feel.
The clinic lacks communication, they don’t communicate properly what the further procedure would be, what would be covered under your insurance and ofcourse what you’re expected to pay out of pocket which is a general practice at any business you go. They want you to come back again and again but won’t care about your actual problem being solved or not and the management will just put you down if you try to communicate your issues with them defending that their staff was right.
