If I could give this place no stars l would. My dad went in there on 9/3 for a belt for his snow blower. He was quoted over the phone that it was $13.99. The woman that was behind the counter told him it was $17.99. When my dad told her that he was quoted $13.99 she got upset. Turned around and put the belt back and throw his money back at him. How can you treat people like that? If you don't want to be treated badly then don't do business with them
Owner knows his lawn equipment. If you are a DIYer, he likely has the parts stocked and can grab the part without looking it up. Skip Amazon, shop local.
NO NO NO do not bring any gas power tools here ... they could NOT fix a simple gas leak .. they charged me $29 to take my stihl string trimmer apart ... and told some B.S. about a part that is not available, and is not broken ... found the fuel line parts over the counter at a regular repair shop ... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN... turns out it was a $2 fuel line grommet .... I fixed myself ...
