I purchased a brand new GWM ORA a few weeks ago. the car is working perfectly. I had good sales experience and happy with the deal I got. There was a minor issue with one of the remotes (which the dealer would not have known about). This was sorted WITHIN a week. Thanks to Steve, sales manager and Dhillon (sales manager). Booked car in for service and bull bar fitting three weeks in advance. Paid for parts two weeks in advance. Arrived on the day to be told the bull bar had a scratch on it and wouldn't be fitted, but should only be another week.Was told I would get a phone call about 4:00pm to pick up car.
