I cannot recommend Dr. Casey, Kim and Mack enough! My 15 year old Maltese needed teeth removed and I was nervous, but this team treated my girl (and me) with so much love and compassion. They also took the time to explain the procedure and aftercare as well. The girls at the front desk are amazing as well; one even shared her story about her dog having same surgery, and was extremely compassionate. Bella is back to her normal self and much happier and still able to eat her favorite foods, as they were able to save 12 teeth.

On Thursday night our Yorkshire terrier, sweetie, developed diarrhea. Friday morning she vomited so we called southgate and asked if the Dr. could see her that day since it was Friday and we didn’t want her to wait to be seen or end up in the Animal ER over the weekend. The receptionist told me there were already a few add-on appointments for that day, but she would check with the doctor to see what they could do. So thankful for Southgate Animal Hospital. They saved our dogs life and were amazing through the entire process. He needed a splenectomy and Dr. Casey, Mack, Kim and Joyce went above and beyond to make sure we were updated often on Copper’s status and were incredibly kind to us. Joyce also helped us save thousands of dollars by avoiding an ER surgery. We will never be able to thank the entire staff enough for everything they did for us!
The veterinarians are great at figuring out solutions for our unique greyhound. Office staff also helpful. Friendly vet assistants as well.
