The gang at Southfort dental are the best group of people and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door. My dental history is one filled with anxiety but my dental future won't be, thanks to Dr Roque and team. During each visit I am confident me and my family are in the best hands, and we're grateful to have such exceptional folks looking after our dental health.
Southfort Dental is awesome! Friendly staff at the front desk and everyone is so great with my kids. Cant say enough good things about this office they have wonderful staff all around!!
Hadn't been to the dentist in awhile, and had no problems here before. But my recent experience was not good. Was not told ahead of time that they don’t direct bill Manulife, and only found out after arriving and waiting. That should be clearly communicated before booking. And on their website, it says they accept Manulife. I had to pay out of pocket. But they submitted the paperwork to Manulife. That was not clearly explained to me.
