They only care about selling you a home and not making sure that you stay in the park. They can't wait to kick people out so they can turn on a profit on their homes. No security and management does not care about its tenants. Do no move here!

We have only been here a little over a year but have found a wonderful place to call our new home. The people are all friendly, busy and active. We have enjoyed our first year here.
Every time there is a new owner company things change for the worse. Water used to be free (included in lot rent) we are now being charged for water and sewer. Park manager is difficult to get in touch with seems he's rarely in the office when you want to discuss something with him. Many of the community rules and regulations are not enforced; especially concerning resident upkeep of residence and property. Rude manager and not family friendly. They are nicer to the older residents. They are uncompassionate and inflexible.
They are the worst rental company I have ever had to deal with after moving away from their property I tried calling them numerous times to set up payment arrangements for the balance of stuff needed to be done after moving and never once got a call back from them and they sent my stuff to collection they are the most money hungry company I have ever met not to mention in the time I lived there(3yrs) my rent went up over $200 when it was lease renewal time
I had my beautiful Double wide moved here ( St. Clair Place ) because a previous resident told me on how nice the place was. We HAD a Community Manager, but after a few years, she left for greener pastures at a different community because the wouldn't pay her enough. Under her watch, everything ran like clockwork around here. Now, it's been a year, we still do not have a permanent site manager, no one walks the park to enforce any rules, the rent continues to go up, we have NO pool or clubhouse to speak of, yet the rent cont... read more
I was surprised that I could find something that would fit my size. Very happy will shop there again! And again!!
During the month of Feb 2017 Stonebridge will pay for your home being moved into the community. Also you will get a reduced lot rent. ASK YOURSELF what do these two statements communicate to you? I would think, they need to fill homes and lots. Why is that? I would think, something is wrong. I wonder why they would have a need to solicit these savings if it was AN UP RIGHT AWESOME COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN. in my experience the good up right places have a waiting list and once you get in you dont want to leave.
