Great experience selling my car. Glen was fair and honest without all the back and forth.
Had an appointment for oil change at 10 got here at 9:40 and they didn’t even start on truck till close to 11. I don’t recommend coming here if you think you will get in and out with your oil change with your appointment time. People aren’t friendly here and the service guy doesn’t even talk to you when you get there to drop off vehicle
Called the service department around 10am, someone by the name of Alexia answered, I informed her I wanted to set up an appointment for oil change and that I had free oil changes on my truck, she said “oh you just purchased it recently?” I said “yes it’s 2025” she proceeded to ask for the VIN and set the appointment for 12pm (which I assumed she was asking for all that to look up the coverage) arrived at said time and it wasn’t until 2:30pm that they were done (yes 2.5hours for an oil change) she then says I can’t find your ... read more
Brought vehicle in for an oil change and any factory recalls. They pulled my dashcam off the windshield with enough force that clips holding the cable on the A-pillar were ripped off. They didn’t even mention it when I went to pick up the vehicle. When I called the complain, they said any accessories needed to be unplugged when doing recalls, but then why not just unplug it from the 12V socket in the center console? No explanation was given for what they did.
My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned Denali Ultimate 3500 from this dealership, and it was one of the best buying experiences we’ve had. Kolton Jeffries was our sales advisor, and he worked with my husband over the phone to give us a great deal on both the 3500 and our trade, without even seeing our trade in person.
