Called the service department around 10am, someone by the name of Alexia answered, I informed her I wanted to set up an appointment for oil change and that I had free oil changes on my truck, she said “oh you just purchased it recently?” I said “yes it’s 2025” she proceeded to ask for the VIN and set the appointment for 12pm (which I assumed she was asking for all that to look up the coverage) arrived at said time and it wasn’t until 2:30pm that they were done (yes 2.5hours for an oil change) she then says I can’t find your ... read more

Brought vehicle in for an oil change and any factory recalls. They pulled my dashcam off the windshield with enough force that clips holding the cable on the A-pillar were ripped off. They didn’t even mention it when I went to pick up the vehicle. When I called the complain, they said any accessories needed to be unplugged when doing recalls, but then why not just unplug it from the 12V socket in the center console? No explanation was given for what they did.

I bought a Tundra at this location and can't say enough nice things about Noah Jackson. He has been extremely attentive and made sure I had all the answers I'm looking for. As soon as I showed up I was greeted by people that were likely involved with my transaction. I would buy another vehicle from this location again.

Your best move at this dealership is to walk out of there as fast as you can, will never go there again. No comunication after buying a $70,000 ram and all their promises before you sign papers and drive off just vanishes. Terrible service and terrible management 2 years in and haven’t even gotten my floor mats that they promised, the paint fix, and the rear view mirror fix. (And yes i have called several times during all this time and they just hang up the phone on you)
