How do you lose the body of a loved family member when entrusted with their remains?
My lab wasn't feeling right, he's 12 so I was very concerned. Called all over town and nothing was open at 3AM . They got me right in, answered all my questions, and took care of my lab like he was their's. Awesome people, excellent service, highly recommend. Thank you so much.

This place has been taking care of my family's pets for years!!! We've had many dogs and cats. They've been with us through all of the good and helped us through our hardest moments. We really appreciate them, and recommend them to anyone we know who lives nearby. They are always so enthusiastic to greet us and our animals, that has always made me feel so much better. Thanks guys!
Horrible customer service. Front desk is inept. They scheduled my appointment for a Tuesday, when I asked for a Thursday. Didn’t both to call to remind me of the appointment or call to check why I didn’t show up (to an appointment 2 days before I thought it was scheduled). Showed up for my Thursday appointment and was told to leave - they couldn’t see me because they were closing. Very upset and will never go back.
