A lot of times things don't get done that are a daily routine, like making sure their call button is within reach. This happens daily! My mom has been there in a single room for several months and it's still not fixed.
Southfield village is one of the best places. I'm proud to say both of my grandmother's live there, and are very well taken care of
My stay at Southfield with comforting, caring nurses and staff was amazing! It was very hard to let go of my independents to dependent, which all who worked there helped me through that transition! I could be myself and they loved me and I loved them! When I first got to Southfield I wanted to go home, then after 3 weeks I wanted to stay! They had church there, crafts, games etc. kept you busy!
