My son had no air conditioning all summer and now the water lines keep freezing up and of course they don’t like fixing anything! To top it off the electricity on one side of their place doesn’t work.

Owners are doing everything they can with the help of their Manager Randy Niles to bring Southfield MPH back up to being a great place to move to. Thank you for giving the park a try!
this is my trailer on Southfield mobile park you can tell the manager that you need things fixed and then when you confront him he denied that you told him. I suggest not moving out here..
