Hello, I currently live in a Southfield neighborhood. I have seen how hard the maintenance crew works year round. How endearing Becca and Hailey are. Also, Leslie never drops the ball. It is a lovely neighborhood for family and friends!
My wife and I had a tour with Leslie, and we have no complaints at all. Leslie was very hospitable and had answers to every question we had. We are not from the area, so were skeptical with all of the showings that we went to but after this tour, we know that this is the place that we want to live. We have applied and are now awaiting the results. Thank you, Leslie and the Southfield staff. You really made the choice easy for us.
The staff (Halie, Sam, Lexie, Jim) and everyone else make living at Southfield a great experience. They are attentive to my needs (a patch on the wall, painting over a blemish) and offer great support and service. The apartment itself (2br 1ba, phase 3) has central air and a washer and drier in the unit. Large bathroom and enough space to have a dedicated office and bedroom. A nice little porch for my garden, and my cat loves the ledges by the windows! Great for any pet owner
