The staff at Southfield are courteous, professional, personable, and competent. The office staff Hali, Leslie, and Becca try to foster a sense of community here with their limited resources and calm communication they encourage amongst the neighbors (above and beyond...). The maintenance staff Andy, Jim, and Seth are eager to help, competent, personable, and willing to do jobs in inclimate weather (some places don't have maintenance personnel like that).
Southfield is an amazing place to live and a great community! Staff is always wonderful and friendly. Haliey is WONDERFUL!
A really great little community of apartments to live in! My roommates and I have been living under Wimmer/Southfield Apartments for a few years and have been very happy with our time spent here. A super friendly staff and great maintenance team, plus the neighborhood is beautiful and well maintained. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for an affordable or quiet community.

Hali has been especially helpful—responsive, kind, and always quick to address questions or concerns. She truly cares about residents and makes the leasing experience smooth and welcoming. Southfield has been so good to me.. I felt welcomed from the moment I first called the leasing office and set up an appointment for a tour of the unit we wanted. Leslie in the leasing office has been more than accommodating and made the transition into the complex seamless. She's extremely sweet, helpful, and thorough in everything that she does.
