I took my CRV in with a transmission issue. They said they couldn't fault it. They were not interested in discussing the fault anything further with me. So I took it somewhere else, who diagnosed the fault in less than 30 minutes.
Recently had a routine service, it was super easy to book online, they were able to connect it all up to my manufacturer service plan with no issues at all. Great communication with a reminder the day prior and a message when car was ready to collect . The use of a reasonably new & tidy courtesay car was an added bonus. Great experience all around, thank you!
