Worst Drs ever. Receptionist think they are Drs and rude. Never no appointments.I had the worst experience. When i was a patient there. Where a nurse lied and said i had pinned her against the wall. You couldnt write it if you tried. Talk about lies and bad patients care. Plus I think they do not have an undertanding of duty of candour. The best thing I did was leave this surgery. Always running behind, I appreciate drs get busy and work very hard. However sometimes it was 1hr plus late, with no communication from reception.... read more
Terrible doctors, Deslanders especially. Withholding mental health medication even though its being used as advised by our crisis team. Avoid this place like the plaque!...
Moved from the surgery due to lack of appointment even ring on given time frame and the doctor who consulted me was just talking not listening problems, seemed to be not valuing what our concerns.can't tolerate anymore..
I am needing to get an appointment so badly to get some medication and after waiting on hold for an hour after 8am I was told to try again tomorrow. I don’t understand why they can’t book appointments over the phone in advance for the remainder of the week instead of just on the day. It’s ridiculous. I regret enrolling into this GP.
Absolutely dreadful.
