I am needing to get an appointment so badly to get some medication and after waiting on hold for an hour after 8am I was told to try again tomorrow. I don’t understand why they can’t book appointments over the phone in advance for the remainder of the week instead of just on the day. It’s ridiculous. I regret enrolling into this GP.
Absolutely dreadful.
This surgery is not fit for purpose at times, they put you in a holding que on phone so you know when you will be answered, today I finally got put in que and started at no7, got down to 5 then cut off 😡 finally got though again at no8, 30 seconds later cut off again, went through same process again with same result, ime fuming by now 😡, finally through again and was given the option of a call back which I took, when I get it god knows. This used to be an excellent surgury but since deslandes came in its gone steeply down ... read more
