I purchased a brand new house through Habitat for humanity in 7/2023. This was the greatest blessing as a single mom of two. Southernwood Homes for our home used inferior Sub Contractors in 2020. We have had nothing but issues with our Heating/AC unit since the beginning. Our compressor burned out thanks to the Sub Contractor after 3 1/2 years setting up the Heating/AC incorrectly. Southernwood Homes EVENTUALLY paid to have the NEW COMPRESSOR installed. We still have other issues currently that the owner of the company refuses to discuss or fix.
