I purchased a brand new house through Habitat for humanity in 7/2023. This was the greatest blessing as a single mom of two. I realized soon after I moved in that in the master bathroom it looked to be wet around the fan . I asked the maintenance man from whom I brought the house through, to come and look at it and he did. Southernwood Homes for our home used inferior Sub Contractors in 2020. We have had nothing but issues with our Heating/AC unit since the beginning. Our compressor burned out thanks to the Sub Contractor after 3 1/2 years setting up the Heating/AC incorrectly. Southernwood Homes EVENTUALLY paid to have the NEW COMPRESSOR installed. We still have other issues currently that the owner of the company refuses to discuss or fix.
