I have owned the property next door to this puppy mill since 1980. When they opened their kennel my life was changed. I have lost the peace and quiet on my own property due to the chronic barking of the dogs, all hours of the day and night. Many of them are left penned up all day and are frustrated when they do activities with other dogs, they are left outside to bark in their pens at night. RecommendedI picked up an 8 Week old female Shepherd two days ago, and I can't tell you how impressive she is. I've owned more than a few in the past and this one is exceptional. First night I put a towel on the floor next to the table before dinner. She went to the towel by herself and stayed all through dinner, I was amazed. Cecilia is a lovely person, I enjoyed meeting her and appreciate her consideration choosing a dog for us. I would highly recommend Southernwind!

Ceci and Franco are amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful with questions and selections of the appropriate breed and dog for your need. Their puppies and dogs are well cared, are very loved and and come from an amazing breed line. We recently purchased a Belgian Malinois from Southern Winds Kennel. After making our deposit we received constant updates and pictures of the puppies. When we went to pick out Karma we were impressed with the kennel as well as how helpful and patient the staff was with our taking 2 hours to pick her out. We have had Karma for a week now and are extremely happy with her. Our vet examined her and she was perfect with a clean bill of health! Best dog I’ve had in my life is from Southernwind kennels and I’ll never get a dog from anywhere else after. My dog is intelligent, incredible temperament, protective, happy, playful, and the best companion. Ceci truly cares about each dog and their families.
