We recently hosted a special celebration with our adult children and having Joe and Lindsey and Southernish provide the meal was the highlight of the evening! Had a phenomenal dinner for my Dad’s birthday! Chef Joe’s courses were beyond amazing and each bite was very flavorful. We were also given wine pairings which complemented the food so well. Linsey’s cheesecake was the perfect ending to such an extraordinary meal! The planning was also flawless and well organized. Can’t wait to have another Southernish dinner in the future!
We held a private Christmas dinner party tonight for our small business as a thank you to our employees, and we could not have been more thrilled with the entire experience! Another amazing meal with Chef Joe! This time we went with Southern Tex-Mex and everything was spot on! The flavors were perfectly blended, spicy when it needed to be but never overpowering. My favorites were the roasted shishito peppers, the pork medallions and of course, dessert. Linsey really outdid herself on the dessert as we had two dairy free diners and they were able to enjoy the same dessert with a slightly altered preparation. It was amazing!
