I found the staff to be accommodating by being attentive to customer needs, offering assistance where needed and processing orders timely. A highly professional environment!
My first time walking into the door I called ahead to see if they had tiedowns for timber. Once I got there, what they had was for inside a wall and be covered up. Since I needed tie downs that would be visible, they did have a 6x6 version I can use with a 4x6 post, even though they don't carry a 4x6 option. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer all my questions. I will definitely be back for more materials.
