My 97 yr old father in law is currently on hospice. Bedridden. We had excellent care in the beginning. It became hit or miss, with “experienced” RNs coming and not even pulling the covers back to do a proper assessment. Our caregiver was asked “tell me what his bedsore looks like and I will order the supplies”. This was the visit after he told my husband “since you already looked at it today, I’ll check it next time”. This was the former ER RN. No supplies came for two weeks. These people are have been with us every step of the way. They are now like family and I will recommend them highly for the care they gave us for our family member.

Some of their employees have compassion most do not. Don't count on getting many supplies that you need for your loved one. They will make you wait a long time or tell you they don't supply them. Other hospice companys supply gloves and anything you need for your family member.

My Mom was subjected to approximately 6 months of care (and I use that word lightly) from this organization. It was misfortunate at best. I at the onset of needing respite/ hospice assistance assume ownership of Not doing due diligence researching whom in fact I was allowing into my home, into our universe if you will. I have had my dad with these people before Thanksgiving, we when several days without a visit from a nurse, when i ask what was going on, i got a response that the nurse over our route had left the company and we had falling through the cracks. Now its after Christmas and will be 4 days again with out a nurse visit. When i call and asked when a nurse was coming out, i was told that they was still trying to manage being short staff.
