Southern Care gave our family so much comfort during an incredibly difficult time. A big thank you to the most special nurse, Courtney, who went above and beyond with compassion, kindness, and genuine love for my grandmother. Thank you to the aide, social worker, and chaplain as well—each of you made a lasting impact on our family. We will forever be grateful for this beautiful team and the care they provided.

My experience with SouthernCare regarding my Aunt Lorraine (Autumn Woods patient) was amazing. The staff took the very best of care to her (top of the line). Especially her living in Indiana and me in Virginia---I want to say I didn't have to be concerned if she was taken care or not. Communication fantastic! Compassion, wisdom, kindness rates 10! My family is deeply thankful to Southern Care Hospice for the care they gave our mother. Sean and Liz treated her with such kindness and respect, and their compassion meant more to our family than we can express during an incredibly difficult time.

I can not completely put into words how much our family appreciates the care, compassion, and love that Southern Care provided for dad. They made a very stressful and sad time for us as easy as possible. They worked hand in hand with Traditions Assisted Living and myself. All I had to do was ask and they were on it whatever it was. I want to personally want to thank Aly, Carley, Leland, Leigh, Rachel, and I know there were others! You are truly Angel's walking among us!

We had a very good experience with Southern Care while they cared for my father. They were compassionate and kind. Our nurse Sean was so caring and helpful and helped guide us in decision making while also respecting our wishes. Our CNA Amy was so kind and respectful of my dad while providing care. I appreciate them.
