The Maintenance technician Daniel from Southern Aire did an excellent job repairing my AC unit. He is very friendly and very professional. He is a subject matter expert at his job. Daniel did a great job assessing our situation, and thoroughly explaining the remedy to us. There was an issue with the glue not holding (ceiling mounted in our basement) and a resulting leak, but that was resolved, and the drop ceiling tile replaced. Less than a month later, we had to have our main floor HVAC replaced. It took longer than expected for the unit to come in, but except for breaker issues, the installation was okay. We would use them again.
