I reached out to Southern York after being unhappy with the sales staff at other dealers more local to me. I worked with Allen from the Shrewsbury location and was so impressed with his service. I was interested in purchasing a compact utility tractor during the most busy time of year and though I'm sure Allen and his coworkers were likely very busy, they delivered what they said they would, when they said they would, and for a price below the other dealers I had worked with. Made necessary repairs to my mower very quickly. Spring is not the time of year to be without a mower. Their service was much appreciated.
$128 per hour. $170 for small tractor tire valve stem leaking beet juice. Put in new tube and filled with juice. Just out of warranty. That's a lot to me. Did get it done in 2 days.
We have had nothing but bad issues with a $25,000.00 gator. Doors, heater and leaking Family owned business and owner will not call us back. Terrible customer service
