Competent and convenient.
Stihl chain saw was picked up per phone call. Chain was installed backwards. After diagnostic fee on top of their hourly rate( rip off). Chainsaw wasn't done! Supposedly waiting for another part. Cover and other exterior parts wasn't cleaned for 180.00. Place is inept. And rip off.

Allen was great to deal with, he answered all our questions quickly and we had a very smooth transition, will definitely do business with them again!
Big amount of stihl and John deer equipment including toys for all ages. Very nice staff. Price to get things fixed is way to much. They had my mower 3 times ( kept stalling out ) never did fix it. Eventually I looked into it. There was a bee getting in the hose and not allowing the gas to get to carb. Pulled it out and never had another issue. They charged me just over $700 to not fix it right.
