I left a phone message with the owner, Robert (as well as an email), and he never got back to me either by phone or email. I left my name, an obvious female name. I explained the desired project in detail in the email. It was an unusual (but simple) project on a difficult lot. My husband calls (giving no details of the project) and Robert calls back right away and sets up an appointment. When Robert comes to our house we explain the project. Southern Yankee Home Services performed an outstanding job performing a remodel on our kitchen. Robert Maher, the ower, was onsite daily acting as the project manager. Even though living without certain amenitites was difficult, Robert and his amazing crew did all they could do to ease the pain.
