Dr. Edwards and Jennifer are absolutely the best! I have had such a wonderful experience since day 1 with them. Jennifer makes you feel so welcomed everytime at your visits. Dr. Edwards is so sweet and knowledgeable. She is always so thorough with her examination. She listens to all your concerns and takes her time to explain everything properly. She's is the best OBGYN I have ever had. I would highly recommend this amazing team. They are literally the best!
Extremely rude front desk scheduling girl. The people you choose to work phones are the face of your company . How are you gonna threaten to charge a no show fee for not canceling 48 hrs in advance , when the appointment wasn’t even made 24 hrs ago? Once again another medical facility in good old Mississippi taking advantage of already struggling individuals. Go some where else , they obviously only care about making a profit off people’s medical issues.
Wait times for appointments are ridiculous. Billing is confusing, unorganized, and inaccurate. It's a shame because there are some great doctors and River Oaks has fantastic L&D nurses.
My experience with this office's billing department has been the most unorganized and unprofessional interaction I've ever had with a healthcare organization. For the last year, they have charged me over $1000 for services that are covered by my insurance. The only reason this became an issue is because the office did not file my claim until three months after my visit for a single vaccination.
