Extremely rude front desk scheduling girl. The people you choose to work phones are the face of your company . How are you gonna threaten to charge a no show fee for not canceling 48 hrs in advance , when the appointment wasn’t even made 24 hrs ago? Once again another medical facility in good old Mississippi taking advantage of already struggling individuals. Go some where else , they obviously only care about making a profit off people’s medical issues.
Wait times for appointments are ridiculous. Billing is confusing, unorganized, and inaccurate. It's a shame because there are some great doctors and River Oaks has fantastic L&D nurses.
My experience with this office's billing department has been the most unorganized and unprofessional interaction I've ever had with a healthcare organization. For the last year, they have charged me over $1000 for services that are covered by my insurance. The only reason this became an issue is because the office did not file my claim until three months after my visit for a single vaccination. Let me start by stating this review has nothing to do with Dr. Moses or Kristi! I absolutely adore both of them. I have seen Dr. Moses for 18 years. She also delivered my daughter. I have never had an issue until my last visit. The billing department filed my visit incorrectly on my insurance and insurance denied claim. They were told several times what the issue was (by the insurance company)and it was never taken care of. They have since sent this bill that they filed wrong to collections.
