We had an incredible experience with Chef Ashley for the a private Supper Club event in Austin. From planning through execution, she was so easy to work with; she was communicative, flexible, and thoughtful every step of the way. The food was beautifully prepared and perfectly suited for an intimate, conversation-driven dinner, and the churros were the highlight of the night (we may have eaten the leftovers for breakfast the next day...).
