We had the best time ever! This isn’t my first time hiring chef Ashley! She has done multiple events for me. You will absolutely not be disappointed for any of your catering needs.
Chef Ashley provided a private dinner in our home. Not only was this some of the best food I've ever eaten, but the experience itself was amazing. She brings such a wonderful balance of elevated food, yet it's accessible and recognizable. Such a wonderful combination! Chef also is multi-talented in that she can prepare an amazing 4-course meal but still hold great conversation at the same time. We plan on partnering with Southern with a French Twist for many occasions in the future!
Ashley and her team were phenomenal — everyone was raving about the food all weekend. It was hands down the best meal we’ve had in ages! Perfect for group dinners and special gatherings. We loved coming home after a long day to a delicious, thoughtfully prepared meal waiting for us — and the best part? No cleanup! Five stars across the board. Highly, highly recommend!
Chef Ashley and her team planned and executed the most memorable meal for 12 discerning foodies celebrating a friend’s 70th birthday. We even planned the entire weekend in Wimberley around the name of her business “Southern with a French Twist” We combined both Texas and French elements, which was perfect since our birthday girl is headed to Paris in a couple of weeks.
