It was a dream to work with Southern Window Accents. The salesman, Chad Fazzio, was very responsive and professional. He even brought in a representative from Norman Manufacturing to ensure that the Plantation Shutters were going to fit perfectly. In fact, not only did they fit perfectly, they came out even better than I expected! The shades in the bedroom came out looking perfectly, too.
