Receptionist was very rude. Doctors office is very unorganized.
I’ve never encountered a person as rude as their receptionist. I took off work and drove over an hour just for her to refuse care and then lie to my primary providers office and say I was a no show for three different appointments.
Never evaluated me, just came in and gave me brochures on what he “thinks” is common. Did nothing for the reason on my referral to go see him in the first place. Save time, money, and patience and go see a staff with competence and compassion; it’s definitely not here!
