The dermatology side of this business is very friendly. The other side,, not so much. The nurse on the weigh loss side is very rude. She made a mistake and rather than own her mistake, she accused me (the patient) of lying. I had no reason to lie. Very unprofessional and she needs a basic course in customer service skills. Will not be back.
