I have been accessing free psychology sessions with Neime and highly recommend them. The sessions have been supportive and tailored to my needs at that time. Each season has provided me with practical coping skills in distress regulation and other practical strategies. I highly recommend Jasmine!
This mental health centre started off o.k. but unfortunately I was misunderstood So left disappointed
Went twice. Both times the woman seeing me made me quite uneasy and made some interesting comments. Now cancelled all appointments here.
