I purchased a used car 3 weeks ago and while I understand and appreciate the difference between the costs of new versus used, I still expect to receive decent customer service. I requested the tyres be rotated upon inspection, which I was advised would be done, and it was not. (I live in Enfield so it's a bit of a trek for me to get up there.) Jake and the team delivered on every promise and hit every deadline without fuss. They even organised transport of the new VW T‑Cross back to Sydney, and the whole process was completely seamless.
