Firstly, I must say Felix was awesome to talk to about GTIs. Although being and woman and on my own, I felt comfortable talking to him. I recently purchased a Volkswagen Amarok thanks to the level of service I received from Jake (and Nick). Jake was very knowledgeable with respect to the vehicle(s) and a pleasant person to engage with to negotiate the right deal. As a first time Volkswagen owner, I chose Southern Volkswagen to service my Tiguan as it came with a care plan. My first service was excellent - smooth, professional, and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill after returning for a warranty repair. When I collected my car, it had been damaged while in their care. Just had the most wonderful experience at southern Volkswagen when buying my car. I was lucky enough to have Jake Pearce walk me through the different options available, multiple test drives to make sure I was comfortable and was overall just supportive through the entire process. My unexpected and stressful need to buy a car was made into such a great and seamless experience with Jake and I could not be more grateful. I love my new T-Roc, the perfect fit for me!
My partners car was in for a service recently, unfortunately I think they forgot what a service is.. They were late to collect the vehicle and late to return it. Upon return we were quite surprised that all of the faults it went in with, it came back out with. Coolant header tank low (visual warning on the dash when you start the car) it has a leak, but they failed to identify that too.
