Absolute joke of a dealership, damages my car whilst in service and now won't take responsibility and repair the damage, would 100% not recommend these circus clowns. 🤡 Absolute rubbish response from you, Craig was so remorseful on the day of the incident and "will go above and beyond " to repair it, now it takes him 3 weeks to to return a call that never got made, this dealership is full of armatures, definitely won't be buying a 3rd vehicle from here. Incompetent armatures...!!
In June we bought a VW T-Roc Style. Super happy with the customer service from John and Jake (supported by their team). From test drive to purchasing our car we were treated in a friendly, professional manner at all times. Looking forward to a great driving experience in coming months and years!
