I love this place Been going there almost 4 years and the doctor he is so good and nice
I was sent there because I have diabetic retinapathy... they did all kinds of tests and told me that it was serious... But to come back in 3 months !!! I actually moved because the healthcare in South Georgia is terrible. Tried to set up the patient porthole today to transfer my records, you have to call the office and of course, the person that handles that wasn't there at 10:30am on a Tuesday morning. I guess no one else could help me.. Can't wait to get free of South Georgia medical care. Find somewhere else to go..
Though the doctor may be nice and is great at what he does, that is the ONLY good thing about this practice ! The staff is horribly rude and scheduling is horrendous! Some patients we have spoken to have sat there for as long as 3 hours when they had an appointment! Like who does that !! My husband is on oxygen and when he showed for his appointment he merely asked how long of a wait and told the receptionist he was on limited supply with his machine is all. Her reply ?? Was to roll her eyes !! Shame on you !! Horrible patie... read more
