When they give you quotes, they try to stiff you and their quotes are written to confuse you and allow them to claim it was misinterpreted . They refuse to disclose the basis for their bids and lastly they will bill you for work they did not tell you about and then put a lien on your property when you want questions answered for outrageous charges on the bill.
