Sarah with SV was absolutely amazing!! I called about a barn beam mantle and she gave me her cell number while we were on the phone to send her pics. She then sent me pics of the beams she had and we settled on one. She asked for a pic of the flooring in the room it was going to be installed in and they stained it to match. The installation was professional, courteous, cleaned up every speck afterwards and so polite. Highly recommend this place. Love all of their stuff!

Awesome experience with this company. Sara was great explaining the process and in helping choose the beam. The installer knew exactly what he was doing and was super nice, we could not be happier With the finished product! We love it!
I have been absolutely THRILLED with my experience with this store and especially Sara! She has gone above and beyond her job! I’ll be laying my floors next week and when I get it and the master bath finished with the gorgeous tile I also purchased from them I’ll post a picture! Just couldn’t say enough good things about Sara she is a true asset to this company n I highly recommend anyone buying from them!
