Exceptional service by the administrative team and the clinical team! My big baby (American Bulldog) has some behavioral issues and they did an incredible job working with him for his yearly exam. This was an impromptu visit, as I had a very poor experience at another clinic earlier that morning. They sat with him and got to know him, before ever attempting an exam or treatment. I brought my pomeranian in for a couple different issues, and the doctor was so friendly went over exactly what was going on with him suggested.What I needed to do to take care of him just a great experience
The staff are very friendly, but the bedside manner on pricing is intense. I have been taking my cats here for about 2 years and have spent far more than I ever did for services closer to Nashville. I have been shown 1 estimate for a follow up appointment (for 2 cats), and then when I arrive and the amount is doubled I’ve been told “well yea we just showed you the estimate for 1 animal”.
