Fransisco and his crew were great and did a wonderful job! We needed to have our sunroom floor raised, stabilized, and insulated - it was built by a previous owner on top of a deck and the posts were just sitting on concrete blocks on top of the ground and exposed to the elements. The bricks were slowly sliding so the posts weren't vertical and that was making the door very difficult to close. And the floor and room were FREEZING in the winter. Did an excellent job on my insulation. Fair, transparent pricing, and even corrected their mistake when they over-invoiced on their initial estimate, saving me a few hundred dollars.
Francisco of Southern Valley Insulation & Moisture Control was extremely professional and honest. He provided a thorough inspection with detailed photos and clearly explained what was going on. His assessment was accurate and gave me a clear understanding of the issues. If you have any moisture &/or foundation concerns, questions about insulation or spray foam, water barriers etc etc this is the guy you want. Highly recommend — the industry needs more people like him.
