I spoke to Tri from Southern Vales Podiatry about my dry heels and he was able to explain how this happens and also how it could affect the health of my foot. He provided me some advice on how to deal with the dry heels and prescribed some cream for me to use which worked well. Would definitely visit again for any other foot issues.
I have had issues standing on my feet all day at work so I decided it was finally time to see someone about it. With a recommendation from a work college I headed to Southern Vales Podiatry, they took the time to listen to my concerns and even helped me select a better work boot suitable for my feet. Wish I visited sooner!
