Had my 40x30 steel building garage done last fall. At first I was worried it wasn't sprayed on thick enough but he came back when he was in the area and tested a few areas and I got what I paid for, 2 1/2". This is the first real hot week so far and it's pretty miserable outside, I just walked into this garage and it's 65 in here...amazing. Well worth the money.
