So sad, today was a dear friends funeral services and they are unable to do the virtual service they said they could. Technical difficulty. A person only gets one funeral service and to have something like this happen is totally unacceptable. It doesn't speak well for the services they provide. When it come to something like this they need to do what they said they could do. So so sad!!
