I was referred to the Southern Utah Gem & Jewelry from a local jeweler for an appraisal on a ring I had designed. After several appointments and many hours spent with Mr. Patrick Stout, I had yet to receive any appraisal nor any idea when I would receive an appraisal! I eventually scheduled with a firm, Huntington Gem Labs, in Las Vegas who appraised my ring while I watched.
