I met with Dr Pezzella for the first time in early February of 2023. This was after having a hysterectomy debacle in Lancaster South Carolina on November 7th of 2022. I canāt put into words how much I trust Dr. Pazzella and her staff for my care. Iāve been going to her for over 5 years. I have never been seen by her that I found her office anything but perfect. Her office always looks like someone just cleaned it. It is always immaculate and in order. Dr. Pazzella and her staff are always very friendly and professional. An utterly terrible experience that leaves me questioning the ethics and decency of this practice. I had a pre-op appointment scheduled several weeks out so they could get an estimate from my insurance before I committed to the surgery.Ā I heard not a thing from them each time the deadline came and went for when they said they'd "have the estimate."
