I would strongly advise staying far, far away from Southern Underdog Flooring. Deven Franklin does not stand behind his work, nor does he have the resources to fix his mistakes. He rushed through my project without using proper techniques—like tile spacers—leaving me with an uneven, poorly installed floor despite the high cost of materials.
