Customer Service was great, Val explained all of our options. I was gonna move forward with the project but found out the Designer is no longer there.
I thought this company was local but they are not. Fancy address and website but they're located in Austin Texas. I would rather do business with local and honest companies.
I tried to get a hold of the rep that I originally met with and was told that she was no longer with the company. After some research, I found out this company is out of Austin, Texas. I drove to the address on the website and it’s a medical office.
Val seems very knowledgeable about the products. She was on time, professional, and gave solid design ideas.
