I worked with Lacey and what a breath of fresh air. She was extremely responsive and easy to talk to you. She made multiple visits prior to the work being performed and explained the entire process. She was knowledgeable and was able to save us money with different layout options. She addressed all of our concerns and ultimately produced a great product. Installing turf is truly an art. After a few months, the artificial turf they put in began to fade and the seams began to come apart, even though it initially looked amazing. The company's warranty proved to be worthless, and it was impossible to contact them for repairs. A total waste of funds.
