When I signed my Mortgage James Hedges presented me with my gift, a bottle of champagne. While I have been sober for some time, I am still an alcoholic, and this was a crassly insensitive gift given by a thoughtless person. It was a lot cheaper than the gift I was given when I signed my first mortgage, which was for a house about half the value of my current one. Southern Trust instantly sold my mortgage to another company. Go anywhere else, the experience literally made me physically ill.
