I don’t ever post reviews but this is by far the worst experience I have had with an insurance company in my life. I was hit by someone insured by Southern Trust and the entire time they have been non-responsive. The adjuster never picks up the phone, never responds to email, and was extremely rude to me the one time they did pick up. Your client hit my car! Furthermore, they keep forgetting to extend my rental while my car is in the shop! I have to call and call and call again until they finally do it. Hope and pray you are... read more
Firstly, I'll like to say that I give reviews on commendatory and derogatory services in which I receive. I think its important that I relay the product to you. In this case its not so good. I was struck by these peoples client in the rear in which damaged my D/S rear taillight and bumper. Police report was conducted and it clearly states their client was at fault. No call back after accident. It’s been 5 weeks
This business is a very unprofessional and appears to have incompetent employees that just send you from one voicemail to the next. I was assigned Shay Cornelius Jackson as my adjuster. She evades every phone call. I’m not sure how long lunch breaks are at this place but it seems like all day every day occurrence. And when she does answer it’s like she’s a robot recorder saying the same things and says she will call back but never does.
