I interviewed with this company but never received any follow-up or feedback. Despite leaving multiple messages, no one responded. This lack of communication is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process. A simple courtesy message informing candidates of the outcome would go a long way in showing respect for people’s time and effort.
1. My mortgage company was notified in February that my homeowners insurance would be canceled; however, I wasn’t sent a notification until June 14 about July 17th cancellation leaving me less than 30 days to find coverage (which is legal according to the Ga. Insurance Commission) 2. The reason for cancellation was: (1) Failure to replace not repair roof from 1st claim (which was not enough to replace). I submitted a 2nd claim for Hurricane Helene. This company has constant changes in coverages that don't require advising the insured. A call was made to claims to get information on coverages; they went ahead and filed a claim with no coverages provided because it wasn't needed just so my new insurance doesn't qualify me for a $500 deductible due to Souther trust wrongfully submitting a claim with no request of one.
Never again! There are so many better companies out there. Do your research folks.
Agree, if I can give this business zero star, I would , they are terrible and just don’t want to pay your claim but they want your money, be aware ! 千万千万不要买他们的保险， 因为他们会找理由不理会你的事故，然后不付你的保险！ So, basically if the car is going to actually totaled, they will tell you the adjuster is no longer with them before give you a total Amount and assign another adjuster, then tell you the same again, they will stop follow up with your claim and don’t pay, all they want, they just your premium , but no coverage!
