Called them to clear a clog. To do this the toilet needed to be removed. They wanted to charge me $420.00 just for labor to remove the toilet and put it back. This was in addition to the amount they charge to clear the clog. In my opinion that was far beyond a rip off! National average to remove and reinstall a toilet is $120.-$180. You can look it up! “HIGH ESTIMATES”.Over-exaggerated total costs. The unskilled electrician wanted to charge for a ground wire when it didn’t need to be replaced.He wanted to replace ALL the Brand New wiring also. They look for the MOST expensive add on in the estimate and double the price.The plumber wanted to re-run another water line from the toilet UPWARDS on the wall and tear out another wall and the kitchen floor. The first expert was very rude , we had a communication problem and he left without saying anything and didn't finish the job , So another expert Travis Robertson came and he was very polite and respectful. and he listened to what water issues i was having and he checked everything out , and told me what he could do to fix the problems , and i am happy to say that he did an excellent job. he made sure everything was working properly before he left . he is who i would ask for if i ever have any more plumbing problems..Si... read more
On Feb 25th. Craig came in the morning & did 1yr free inspection. Was very professional & friendly. Was helpful explained everything & was there to listen.
