I arrived early for an appointment. 7:45am, at 8:00am I walked in and I waited for the office window to open. Patiently, I waited and sat in front of the window for them to open. 8:10am rolls around. I go up to the window. They take my info. And they tell me to wait. 5mins go by and they tell me they can’t see me because “you’re late”. What a waste of a day.
Oh my gosh, if I could do zero stars, I would!!! This place is absolutely unprofessional, Inconsiderate, And just Absolutely Disgusting. I made an emergency appointment For one of my wisdom teeth. They, particularly their receptionist, is very quick to bring forth judgement and has no disdain in refusing care to current patients based on her dislike of their disabilities and accomodations needed for such.
